Jamaica's Shericka Jackson, following her narrow loss to the United States of America's (USA) Sha'Carri Richards in their mega 100 metres clash in Poland yesterday, will be looking to bounce back to winning ways tomorrow in the women's 200 metres at the Gyulai Istvan Memorial in Hungary.

Jackson will be among 23 Jamaicans competing at the World Athletics Tour Continental event.

Jackson will take on the USA's Kayla Whyte - third at the USA National Championships in 22.01 seconds - and Tamara Clarke, Jamaican teammate and Briana Williams and Anthonique Strachan of The Bahamas.

Fresh off her success over Jackson yesterday, Richardson will be hoping to extend her winning streak in the women's 100 metres and will take on Jamaica's Natasha Morrison, teammates Twanisha Terry and Tamari Davis, and St Lucian Julien Alfred, who have all gone sub-11 seconds this season.

Jamaicans Janieve Russell, Andrenette Knight, Rushell Clayton and Shian Salmon will continue their rivalry in an expected exciting 400 metres hurdles contest following their epic battle at the recent National Senior Championships. Gianna Woodruff of Panama will be hoping to surprise the Jamaicans.

Charokiee Young, after her fourth-place finish at the National Senior Championships, will be hoping for a better result when she competes in the women's 400 metres with the USA's Lynn Jackson Kirby and Sade Williams of Barbados, the World Championships bronze medallist.

In field events, Chanice Porter, second at the National Senior Championships in the women's long jump, hopes to hit the World Championships qualifying mark of 6.85 metres when she contests the event.

Following his upset win at the National Senior Championships in the men's 100 metres, Rohan Watson, with a best of 9.91 seconds, will be hoping to continue his winning form in the event. He takes on Ryiem Forde, who was second at the National Senior Championships, compatriots Yohan Blake and Ackeem Blake and Marvin Bracy Williams of the USA.

National Senior Championships 200 metres winner Andrew Hudson will be among three Jamaicans set to contest the half-lap event as Michael Campbell and Julian Forte are also down to compete. The USA's Erriyon Knighton, the World Championships silver medallist and Kyree King are also down to compete.

Other Jamaican men set to compete at the meet are Tajay Gayle in the long jump; Tyler Mason, Damion Thomas and Hansle Parchment in the 110 metres hurdles; and Rusheen McDonald in the 400 metres.
