The Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) and police are seeking the whereaboust from for a man known only as 'Shawn' or 'King', believed to be a key accomplice in the sexual assault and trafficking of two teenage girls for years.
The investigation began after 44-year-old taxi operator Kirkland Young, from White House, Ewarton in St Catherine, was reported to police in 2024. He was accused of sexually assaulting his 15-year-old stepdaughter and his 12-year-old biological daughter. The abuse reportedly took place between 2022 and 2024.
Authorities say Young also trafficked the girls to his friend as well as to underage boys, collecting money after the acts.

The sentences will run concurrently.
Superintendent Kerry-Ann Bailey, head of CISOCA, praised the investigators for their thorough work that led to Young's conviction. She urged the public to report all sexual offences and child abuse, reminding that there is no statute of limitations.
CISOCA is calling on the man known as "Shawn" or "King" to report to the Spanish Town Police Station immediately. Anyone with information can contact CISOCA at 876-926-4079, Crime Stop at 311, or the nearest police station.
