Vendor threatens to kill cops’ children
A Portland man is now in jail after he made a video threatening to kill police officers' children. In the approximately three-minute video posted on his Facebook page, the man, angry that the police had confiscated his goods, vowed to get his revenge.
"This is not a laughing matter, eno. This bl**cl%&t government ya, a war him a sponsor or wah? Yuh kno wah the next ting, the next ting wi a guh start cut police pickney bl**cl%&t throat. We a guh pick dem up a school, and cut dem bl**cl%&t throat," he ranted.

The video has since been shared numerous times.
But Assistant Commissioner of Police Fitz Bailey told T he STAR that the police have taken the man into custody.
"We have identified the person, we have found him and he's in our custody and he will have to explain to us," said Bailey, who is in charge of the crime portfolio.
"We take these threats seriously, and it's something that we are currently investigating. The threat that was issued speaks to the fact that he was going to cut the throat of police officers' children, and politicians," he said.
"We are consulting with our legal people to see if there's any breach of the law, including the director of public prosecutions for advice," Bailey added.
