Up-and-coming reggae artiste Principle plans to make a positive impact on the world with his music.

"As a Rastaman who grew up with good morals and principles, I am fully committed to making music that touches the lives of people across the globe positively. I make music to uplift and inspire and bring comfort to the people," said the artiste.

Principle is currently promoting his new single titled, Visa. Produced by King Shiloh Records, the song was released along with a video in April.

"For many Jamaican youths, a successful music career is the only ticket out of poverty. That's why I say music is like a visa in my song because for many of us who come from humble beginnings, it's the only source of upward social mobility," said Principle.

The hard-working entertainer plans to release a follow-up single titled, Jamaica Nice in August.

"This song is an expression of my undying love for my homeland. I am and will always be proud to be Jamaican. No matter what happens to me in life, I will always love my country, because Jamaica is the most beautiful place on earth," he said.

Principle, given name Germaine Bernard, hails from Rock Hall, St Andrew. He launched his career in 2020. Since then, he has recorded and released several reggae singles, including Spread A Little Love, Jah Is Ruler, and Baby I Really Love You.
