The St Ann police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man in the parish on Tuesday.

Dead is Renarko Campbell, 26, a construction worker of Royal Palm, Runaway Bay in St Ann.

Reports are that about 12:05 a.m., Campbell was in Mount Edgecombe district in the parish when he was shot and injured by unknown assailants.

He was assisted to the St Ann's Bay Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The St Ann's Bay Criminal Investigation Branch is probing the matter.
