Weird ÐÓ°ÉÐÔ°É: Owl flown home in helicopter
November 12, 2015
A lost owl was given a lift home in a helicopter. The bird had flown over 100 miles from its home in Clackmannanshire, Scotland, to an oil rig in the North Sea, Sky ÐÓ°ÉÐÔ°É reports.
SSPCA centre manager Colin Seddon said: "The owl is doing great after his lengthy flight. He is waiting for a vet check before going out to our aviary and, providing all is well, he will be released within the next few weeks, depending on weather conditions."
