A sleepwalker travelled nine miles before she woke up.

Taylor Gammel worried her parents when she disappeared from her home in Arvada, Colorado, and has no recollection of her cross-city trip, the Daily Mirror newspaper reports.

Mark Techmeyer from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said: "She did not have shoes. No phone, no money, no purse, no anything. She got up and walked out of the house.

"She has no recollection of being on a bus, and she had no money on her."
