International dancehall heavyweight Konshens is turning up the heat with the release of his fifth studio album, ' Pool Party', slated to drop on Friday, June 27.

Packed with high-energy vibes and introspective moments, the project marks a fresh chapter for the globally celebrated artiste, one that blends evolution, resilience, and celebration in one dynamic package.

Released through Submachine Entertainment/FTS Global Management/ADA Worldwide, Pool Party opens with Our Father, a stirring, prayer-like track that sets the tone for the rest of the album.

"Inna my life me feel like me dead whole heap a time and me born again whole heap a time," Konshens says, underscoring the project's theme of personal rebirth. The song immediately draws listeners into an emotional journey filled with bounce, grit, and gratitude.

"In this super serious climate and state the world is in, I didn't want to do an album to reflect that," Konshens explains.

"I found that whenever I dwell on issues, they stay with me, but whenever I took a light-hearted approach, I got through things quicker and healthier ... So in the midst of all this madness, let's have a Pool Party!"

While its title suggests summertime fun, Pool Party isn't just a seasonal soundtrack; it's a genre-blending manifesto that pushes the boundaries of dancehall. Konshens fuses traditional rhythms with hip-hop swagger, Afrobeat flair, and club-ready energy, creating a soundscape that's both globally appealing and authentically Jamaican.

The 13-track album features standout collaborations, including Battlezone with rapper The Game, a raw exploration of personal battles and societal pressures, and Gyal Time Again with Charly Black, an unapologetic party anthem.
