Jamaican women are reportedly flocking to a class where the instructor promises to help them tighten, tone, and transform their vaginas for just US$50 (approximately J$7,900).

Ramona Riley, also known as the 'Vagina Lady', says her yoni toning sessions are giving women their confidence back.

"Pretty much, I am teaching women different positions and different vaginal exercises, as well as pelvic floor exercises in order to strengthen their vaginal muscles," she told THE STAR.

"Gone are the days when a woman will have to find thousands of dollars for surgery. Every woman can benefit from this and it is all natural and there are no risks involved," she added.

Riley claims that her exercises don't just strengthen vaginal muscles but they supercharge orgasms and help women deal with incontinence.

"It is for the sexual aspect of it as you have more control over your vagina muscles, and you will be able to stimulate your man more. Because you can stimulate those muscles, it will turn you on also, so it will allow orgasms to be larger," Riley said.

Riley told THE STAR that women of all ages are lining up for her classes -- eager to reclaim their bodies and tap into a deeper feminine energy they thought was lost.

"Women are flocking the classes as I see women every day. It's all about awakening the Goddess and the femininity of a woman because that's what we are lacking a lot," she said.
