As the countdown to Reggae Sumfest continues, the highly anticipated Blitz All Black event is poised to take over the grounds of Catherine Hall Stadium in Montego Bay, St James, fusing the electrifying performances of Stalk Ashley and Valiant with unmatched elegance and flair.

Promising an evening of ultra-premium experiences on Wednesday, July 16, Karla Jankee, executive of marketing, events, and hospitality at DownSound Entertainment, said Blitz 2025 will be bigger and better than ever.

"Blitz All Black has become one of the most anticipated pre-events on the Reggae Sumfest calendar, and this year, we're turning up the heat even more. Patrons can expect an ultra-premium experience that blends music, fashion, and culture into one unforgettable night," she said. "From the high-energy performances, bottle and table packages that suit everyone's pocket to the sleek production and immersive atmosphere, we're creating a space where style meets sound -- and where every moment feels like the main event."

Returning to its signature format, Blitz All Black invites patrons to show up in their fiercest black-themed outfits, continuing the tradition of bold fashion and stylish sophistication that the event is known for.

"The all-black theme is a signature of Blitz All Black and part of what sets the tone for the evening. It's bold, it's classy, and it gives everyone that chance to show up and show out," Jankee continued. "Fashion plays a big role in this experience, and the all-black dress code creates a unified yet elevated visual that makes the entire venue feel like a runway."

Of course, the fashion will be matched with a dynamic entertainment package. This year's line-up includes Stalk Ashley and Valiant.

"People have been messaging us for weeks trying to secure their look, their tickets, their crew - everyone wants in. That energy is a testament to the vibe Blitz has built over the years," Jankee said. "This year, we have Stalk Ashley, whose magnetic presence and genre-blending sound always captivate, and a special guest performance from Valiant, who's bringing that raw dancehall energy that the fans love."

She said patrons should expect fiery sets, crowd engagement, and moments that will dominate social media all night.

"Our DJs are the heartbeat of Blitz All Black, and this year's line-up is stacked. We're bringing the best: Code Red Sound, Bloodline Franco, Brush1, and DJ Ashlie - all known for their versatility, creativity, and ability to read the room and elevate the vibe," she said.

Andrew Ellis, brand manager at Str8 Vybz Rum, one of the event's main sponsors, promises an atmosphere that's unmatched on Jamaica's nightlife scene.

"Sumfest is a cultural cornerstone and Blitz All Black is where urban entertainment thrives -- exactly the kind of space where Str8 Vybz belongs," he said.
