Body of woman found in St Elizabeth spring

The St Elizabeth police have launched an investigation in the suspected drowning of a woman at a spring in the parish yesterday.
The deceased has been identified as Latoya Pilarchie, 37, a labourer of Hill Top, Parottee in St Elizabeth.
Reports are that about 2:28 p.m., a brother of the deceased found her inside the spring and summoned the police.
The scene was examined and the body removed for storage and a post-mortem.
Investigation is being conducted by Black River police.
