Recording artiste Bushika is turning up the ante with his recent single Energy.

Produced by Rich Energy Music and Deano Deann Records, the track is featured on the 'Pain To Paper' rhythm.

"The song is basically telling you how I protect my energy. It's very important to me so I expressed that in this track," the artiste explained about the song's meaning.

A first-time collaboration with Rich Energy Music, the artiste is expecting great things from this project. The track has been garnering positive feedback since its release, with many anticipating the official music video which will be released shortly.

"My hope for this song is to see it making waves both on the local and international charts. It has a lot of potential," he said.

Based in St Thomas, Bushika has been doing music since his high school days, dating back 18 years ago. His first song was recorded 12 years ago by Deano Deann, who is also a producer on this project. Since then, Bushika has also released tracks including Holiday, Stocks & Bonds, Fully Sin and Man Feelings, which is featured on the 'Starta Vybz' rhythm.

"When it comes to my style of music, I don't limit the genre but I am mostly into hardcore dancehall," the artiste stated.

He is currently working on an EP which will be produced by Rich Energy Music/Rastaciti Entertainment.
