Agent Sasco and Usain Bolt have delivered some valid life lessons through their collaborative efforts on the new single ' Spend Time'.

In an exclusive interview, Agent Sasco shared the main message he intended to convey through this single.

"The first two lines of the song pretty much sums it up - ' Yuh can spend time even if yuh nah buy nutten'. Time is a resource that we all have, and how we choose to spend/invest/employ it will significantly impact our outcomes," the singjay stated. He further explained that the title, which uses double entendre, sends a deeper meaning behind the concept of the song.

"Time is money. The idea is that we all know the monetary cost of things and you can have a little, a lot, or none at all. And whichever applies to you will significantly determine the options available to you. However, we all have the same 24 hours in our day, and how we spend that currency will also determine the possibilities and opportunities available to us. In the second verse, I mentioned one possible negative outcome of spending your time and money in the wrong way ... you might end up spending time in jail," he explained.

Spend Time is produced by Bolt under his A-Team Lifestyle record label. Agent Sasco said working with the music enthusiast/producer was a "seamless" process which resulted in the refined outcome of the single.

"Bolt and the A-Team definitely knows a thing or two about the value of time. From the recording to mixing to shooting the video to the release was swift and smooth. We were all on the same page from the get-go ... allowing the creative process to flow seamlessly, and we are all happy with the result," he said.

"We had all the elements. For me, the first listen is always to see if there's anything else that might help convey the right vibe that we want. We made whatever tweaks we thought were necessary and I [am] really happy with how it all came together," he added.

Known for the realness and musical knowledge he brings to the musical space, with a high-level positive frequency, Agent Sasco said he has no doubt that Spend Time will organically create the same impact as his other songs.

"My job is to be as authentic as possible and respect the art form enough to maintain professional integrity. A part of that means that I must detach myself from all outcomes beyond the release of the song and trust [that it] will find its audience. In general, I have decided to focus on material that I believe has some amount of substance," he said. Despite all the noise and chaos in the music industry, Agent Sasco has always remained conscious while uplifting others through his music. He explained how he manages to balance the space.

"It's just a matter of deciding what I want my contribution to be. I also must work within the parameters of my values and, at this stage of my development, you can know what those are by material I produce," he underscored.
